Trade Alert: Dunbar to Nanaimo

The President of the BCJALL has approved a trade moving the playing rights of Jacob Dunbar from the Port Coquitlam Jr A Saints to the Nanaimo Jr A Timbermen.

Dunbar, 20, was drafted sixth overall by the Saints in the 2018 Graduating Midget Draft, and most recently was drafted 13th overall by the San Diego Seals of the National Lacrosse League. He made his NLL debut last Friday in San Diego.

In exchange, the Saints will receive from the Timbermen:

• The playing rights of Scott Larden (drafted 29th overall in 2021 by the Timbermen)
• Nanaimo's first round pick in the upcoming 2022 draft
• Nanaimo's second round pick originally obtained from the Saints in the upcoming 2022 draft
• Nanaimo's first round pick in the 2023 draft
