"Randy's been away almost a year from the game, and as a long time lacrosse addict like Randy is, you know he just had to get back into it. I have always liked talking lacrosse with him and knew that if the opportunity came about I would try and get to work with him. This is good for our club, to be able to bring solid experience is invaluable" Wood added.

"Junior lacrosse is moving into a whole new era", says Wood, "I believe to be successful in this era you need organizational strength and a lot of knowledgeable people helping out, Randy will fit in well with all of us here in Coquitlam and help us get ready and be successful in this new era".
"What I have learned from business is you cannot be successful if one person is being the single solitary everything. You have to have good solid knowledgeable people around. The Coquitlam Adanacs operate 3 other valuable teams that each support our Junior A team. Player development, scouting and now drafting all play an important role to building a successful Junior A team. As Assistant GM Randy can help take on a lead role in managing the development side making sure that we prepare for the future".
