Playoff Information

Regular Season Tie Breakers

In event of tie in regular season points; the winner shall be determined as follows: Two teams tied, the winner of game or games between the two teams advances. If still tied the Goal Formula will be used to break the tie.

GOAL AVERAGE FORMULA - Goals for divided by the sum of Goals for + Goals against= goal average Note: only goals scored in the games between the teams involved in the points tie shall be used in the Goal Average Formula.

BRITISH COLUMBIA JUNIOR A LACROSSE LEAGUE PLAYOFFS

• All rounds will be a best 3 out of 5
• There will be playoffs between the teams that finished 1st place through 6th place
• In the first round teams finishing 1st and 2nd place in the league standings will bypass the first round of playoffs
• In the quarter final, semi final and final series, the team finishing highest at the completion of the League schedule shall have the right of choice, as long as said team remains in the running, to the choice of the opening game, home or away

Round 1

1. 3rd place teams plays 6th place team

2. 4th place team plays 5th place team

Round 2

3. 1st place team in the League will play the winner of the series with the winning team that finished lowest in League play

4. The League 2nd place team will play the winner of the other series

Round 3

5. The winner of # 3 and the winner of # 4 will play for the British Columbia Championship
