Neck and neck in the BCJALL standings for first and second place, the Coquitlam Adanacs and New Westminster Salmonbellies are also neighbours in the Subway LacrosseTalk National Rankings for week 7. The ‘Bellies are still the only remaining undefeated team in the BCJALL which is good enough to hold second spot nationally for the second consecutive week. The A’s hold their third spot as well for the second straight week as they are riding a five game winning streak since their loss to the ‘Bellies and tie with the Saints back in the beginning of the month.

Both Island teams slipped one spot a piece this week; the Victoria Shamrocks ended out the week losing to Langley on Sunday night and coupled with losses to the A’s and ‘Bellies makes them 1-3 in their last four games, demoting them one spot to ninth in the nation. Also falling to Coquitlam and New West this week, the Nanaimo Timbermens only win in the last four games has come versus Langley which also bumps them one spot to round out the rankings in tenth spot.
