CUFLA | Goodwin Scores Hat-Trick in McGill University Win

(Photo from McGill Athletics and Recreation Facebook) MONTREAL -- Connor Goodwin (Port Coquitlam Saints) scored a hat-trick and added four (4) assists for the McGill University Men's Lacrosse team in a win over second-place Carleton University 18-3 at Molson Stadium on Saturday September 27, 2014, extending the team's perfect record to 8-0 in regular season play. 

The McGill University Redmen jumped out to an early 5-0 lead. Eleven (11) different McGill players recorded points including Spencer Bromley (Delta Islanders) and Rhys Burnell (Langley Thunder). British Columbia native and goaltender James Spagnuolo came in at halftime and only allowed one (1) goal to secure the 18-3 win.
