Canada West Added to U-19 WILC

The 2015 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship (2015 WILC) and the Under-19 World Indoor Lacrosse Championships (U-19 WILC) have extended an invitation to include a "Canada West" entry. 

WILC Organizational Committee Members  Gewas Schindler and Scott Ness have invited BCJALL Vice-President of Sponsorship & Marketing, Chris Fox, to operate a Canada West team to participate in the U-19 International Lacrosse Festival, that will be held in Six Nations, ON at Iroquois Lacrosse Arena, from September 11-13, 2015. 

"Based on Chris' strong reputation at home in Western Canada, as well as his longstanding commitment to the International game, we feel his vision for the development of the sport at home and abroad makes him an excellent fit as organizer for the Canada West entry." - Scott Ness

The prospect of bringing some of the best nineteen year old lacrosse players in Western Canada together is very exciting and I look forward to the Championships in September." - Chris Fox
