Brandon Goodwin Signs with Buffalo Bandits

(Photo: Paul Sparrow) -- Buffalo Bandits General Manager Steve Dietrich today announced the team has agreed to terms on one-year contracts with the former New Westminster Salmonbellies' Brandon Goodwin . With Goodwin'€™s signing, the Bandits have now agreed to terms with all five of their 2014 Entry Draft picks. 

Selected with the ninth overall pick in the NLL Draft last month, Goodwin played for Adelphi University (NCAA DII) last season recording 26 Points (19 Goals, 7 Assists) in 17 Games. 

Prior to Adelphi, Goodwin appeared in 32 Games for ASA College (NJCAA) over two seasons. As a Freshman with the Avengers he scored 41 Goals and tallied 35 Assists. As an encore in his Sophomore year Goodwin scored 43 Goal with 46 Assist helping push ASA to a 11-6 record and earning himself a total of two NJCAA All-American selections before moving on to Adelphi.
