BCJALL finals set; Adanacs, Saints advance to Minto Cup

The BC Junior A Lacrosse League finals are set after the Coquitlam Adanacs and Port Coquitlam Saints both dominated in the best-of-seven semifinals with four-game sweeps of their opponents.

The Adanacs, also the 2024 league champions, defeated the Burnaby Lakers 4-0, while the second-place Saints swept Nanaimo 4-0 - both Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam advance to the Minto Cup with thier semifinal series victories, Aug. 17-24, in Coquitlam.

The best-of-five league final series will feature the neighbouring rivals - the schedule is as follows:

Wednesday July 31, 7:30 p.m. - Port Coquitlam at Coquitlam, Poirier Sports and Leisure Complex
Friday Aug. 2, 7 p.m. - Coquitlam at Port Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam Community Centre
Monday Aug. 5, 7 p.m. - Port Coquitlam at Coquitlam, Poirier Sports and Leisure Complex
Wednesday Aug. 7, 7 p.m. (if necessary) - Coquitlam at Port Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam Community Centre
Friday Aug. 9, 7 p.m. (if necessary) - Port Coquitlam at Coquitlam, Poirier Sports and Leisure Complex
