BCJALL Entry Draft Back

The BCJALL announces that the Junior Entry draft is back and plans are under way for the 2013 Entry Draft with a date, time and place to be announced soon. After a two season hiatus the draft has been reinstated after the just completed BCLA AGM held in Whistler October 12-13th.

There will be 48 players chosen from six rounds. Players eligible to be drafted are those graduating midget players from the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island whose minor lacrosse associations do not already have an existing Junior A franchise. Further details will follow.

On other news, the BCJALL Board of Governors appointed Ken Wood President of the BCJALL at the league AGM held on October 21, 2012.
