CONNOR ROBINSON, NEW WESTMINSTER SALMONBELLIES
There's not much else you can say about Connor Robinson that hasn't already been mentioned dozens of times. He's done just about all you can do in a Junior A lacrosse uniform; playing five years, scoring a boatload of points. The only thing Robinson hasn't done is win a National Championship - which really tells you all you need to know about how lucky you need to be to have everything come together to even get the opportunity to go for one.
Robinson has been an excellent ambassador not just to his team, but the league as well. He's a recognizable face, he plays the game the way it was meant to be played and he gives young fans something to really aspire to. He had quite an awards season - winning Outstanding Achievement and Graduating Player honours, as well as the overall scoring title. Now - he adds what's likely his crowning achievement: the MVP.
This award recognizes the contributions Robinson has made, and we congratulate him on all he has done in his BCJALL career, and wish him best of luck in the future.
