Atherton Re-Signs with Nanaimo

Forbes Mitchell, GM of Nanaimo Timbermen, announces the signing of Brandon Atherton for the 2006 season.

"We are very pleased to have Brandon back for this season" Mitchell said.

"I had offers for Brandon from other teams, here and back east, and he was not interested in going anywhere else."

Brandon is a "team player" in every sense. He is exited about playing here in Nanaimo with a team much improved over last year.
