2nd "First Place Matchup" in a Week

For the second time this week, first place is up for grabs in the British Columbia Junior A Lacrosse League. Last Thursday the Stickmen and Lakers battled to a 9-9 overtime time at Surrey Recreation Centre.

The crowd at Surrey Rec was the most they've had in years and years and the same thing should occur tonight at Bill Copeland Arena.

Thursday night the Stickmen jumped on the Lakers in the first period, leading 4-0 early, and 5-2 at the end of the period.

This is the second of four match ups between the clubs and the first time Surrey has been at this lofty level for some time.

Game time is 7:00PM.
